2025 DAY OF PRAYER + NEW PRAYER GUIDE
As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, O God. My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When can I go and meet with God?” Psalms 42:1-2.
Prayer elevates our spirits and brings us before the throne of God, it provides us with a privilege to approach the Creator of the universe and seek His guidance, mercy, and grace. In prayer, we connect with our Father and Maker through Christ, sharing our needs, concerns, and sorrows while expressing gratitude for His goodness in our lives. Most importantly, prayer allows us to spend time with the Lord, listening to His wise counsel and aligning ourselves with His perfect will.
Each year, our partners from East Africa, staff, board members, and friends gather for a day of prayer to kick off the new year. This is usually a special time to bring forth the needs of our East Africa partners to the Lord. It allows us to present ministry plans to God, pray for the East African region, and express our gratitude over the past year.
We warmly invite you to join us on January 4th, 2025, as we pray for the East Africa region, our partners, and the children we serve there.
Here are the prayer requests from our East African partners. Pray together with us over these items on the 4th and throughout the year 2025.
