JOIN US FOR A NIGHT OF WORSHIP IN PORTLAND

We humans are made for worship. In fact, all creation is made to worship our great God! In the book of Revelation in the Bible, we see people from every tongue, tribe, and nation gathered and worshiping before the throne of God!

This September, our team at Lahash will be collaborating with a number of ministries and churches to host our first ever All Nations Worship Night in Portland, Oregon. This will be a unique multicultural and multilingual gathering where we worship God using Swahili, English, and several other languages all while getting a small glimpse of what future praise before God’s throne will look like!

Pastor Nickson Khamasi is a Lahash Board member and a co-founder of Empowered Life Church (a partner for the event). Nickson is excited “about God bonding us together as his chosen people, gathered and worshiping together in harmony.” He continued, “We are all one in Christ, created in his image. Psalm 9:11 reveals that it is our Creator’s good plan that all nations come and sing praises to God! This truth really aligns with our theme for the night.”

Speaker Jojo Namudu will be sharing during the evening. She is an advocate for vulnerable children and women. Recently she shared her conviction that “Unity is a recurring theme in God's story. It showcases His character, desires, and glory as well as His eternal plan for humanity. In John 17 Jesus prays that all believers would be one.”

We'll be hosting the event on:

September 28th

6:30 PM (mingling)

7-9PM Worship Service

Located at:

Montavilla Church

9204 SE Hawthorne Blvd,

Portland, OR 97216

We will be led in worship by teams from the International Prayer Gathering and Empowered Life Church and be led in meditations by Jojo Namudu (Blazing for Purpose) and Maxwell Olwa (Lahash).

Lahash Outreach Director, Reilly Huey, recently revealed her hope that “that the room is filled with glory to God and people from all backgrounds join in worship of our Heavenly Father.”

We’d love to have you join us!
